Responsibilities
Mission:
Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns and the execution of marketing strategies for several of our on-air brands.
 
Overview:
We seek a highly-motivated and driven individual to be responsible for execution of marketing strategies in order to elevate the brands, drive awareness of, increase viewership of, etc. for assigned projects. Additionally, this person will be responsible for partnering with marketing, sales, and business intelligence teams, to ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of data surrounding any and all marketing programs and activities. This person will also be responsible for other marketing programs and efforts as assigned.
 
Responsibilities:
Assist the Managers of marketing in the development and execution of a range of marketing strategies
Submit and manage creative requests and communicate expectations to internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery
Closely measure and report on performance of all programs and tests, making recommendations on iteration and/or termination
Support the analytical needs of marketing through data mining, analysis and presentation of results / insights
Responsible for working with the appropriate parties to develop and deliver all necessary creative assets for programs, ensuring appropriate brand integration
Work with key stakeholders to define key KPIs for all programs, set goals and consistently measure and report performance and effectiveness
Assist and gather deliverables for marketing campaigns in a timely manner
Create meeting & project recaps and identify actionable items/next steps
Continually gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
Support marketing team with ad-hoc business analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrate passion for marketing as well as strong knowledge and interest in the golf and/or travel industry
3 years post-college marketing/digital marketing/social media experience preferred
Previous experience working with and combining web analytics and transactional data together for complete picture
Dependable organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical mind, able to draw connections and make hypotheses based on available data
BA in Marketing, Communications or other relevant degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented, paying close attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision
Strong Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote and Word with superior ability to use Excel for manipulating and presenting data and also to use visual tools to create and deliver meaningful presentations to diverse business partners
Work well in fast paced, team oriented environment
Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Must be able to work outside of business hours from time to time
