Marketing Associate, ISM Operations
Primary function: Work to drive successful completion and communication of ISM processes and operational tools, data and metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drives input and creation/development of key ISM processes and tools.
Contributes to and/or develops Ism process efficiencies
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects.
Creates and manages process flow maps and documentation
Partners with various data teams to request, pull and automate data and metrics.
Influence ISM team members to drive change management to deliver on the in store guest experience.
Drive input into delivering ISM capabilities using curiosity of the business needs, interpretation of data and insights, and creativity in delivering outputs.
Demonstrates the ability to:
Perform work with a degree of autonomy and independence
Execute work that has a impact to ISM team and multiple cross-functional partners
Communicate process changes
Develop relationships, influence and gain commitment in order to resolve problems and drive toward desired outcomes
College graduate or related experience
Minimum of 3+ years Marketing, Instore Marketing and/or Operations experience
Ability to manage multiple projects/partners at once.
Ability to identify process improvements and implement change.
Collaborative team player
