A family in the Mason area is looking for an after school childcare provider for their three children Monday through Friday 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. The 12, 9, and 4 year old need an outgoing sitter that can make sure they are safely picked up from school, brought home to work on their homework, and provide a light snack before dinner. The nanny will also have to help make sure they stay on track with house chores before having playtime. The 4 year old boy has ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and a hearing impairment and will need a caregiver that is experienced with special needs. The care for the youngest sibling is a high importance and needs a nanny that is very caring, very attentive, and can control stressful situations as they arise. A dedicated and strong willed nanny is needed for this position, and if you possess these qualities, this family would love to meet you!Placement Responsibilities:Special Needs ExperienceClean driving record/ transportation ( as needed)Homework help and organizationSpecific Requirements:Personable and responsible childcare provider/nanny for 20+ hours per week, Monday - Friday and weekend work as needed.At least 2 years of paid or unpaid childcare experience, including infant experience.Ability to provide a schedule of open availability at least 3-5 full days per week, typically 8am - 5/6pm with varying families.Reliable ability for transportation to family homes within the Cincinnati area.Communication readily available through phone, text & email.Includes physical requirements, such as lifting, repetitive bending/reaching, stooping, crouch, etc.; Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. 10 to 15+ times per day/shiftWe offer:Paid orientation and training.Hourly wage of $11 + DOE; increases based on performance.Bi-weekly direct deposit paycheck.
