In this managerial role, you'll use your knowledge and analytical skills to help determine how clinical providers group up by specialty and service line. Participate in the development of business strategy
Develop, implement and maintain a new end-to-end business process and capabilities for a Preferred Lab Network
Monitor and report network performance
Coordinate corrective action plans, where needed, with provider and network manager
Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and user-satisfaction
Create communications & supporting collateral material with UHC Communication teams
Update and maintain program content on internal SharePoint sites and external sites
Organize & lead multidisciplinary teams to execute and achieve stated program deliverables
Create & participate in senior management presentations, as requested
Multi-task, shifting back and forth effectively among multiple activities
Demonstrate accountability for own professional growth & development
5+ years in managed care or consulting organization in a network/contract management role, such as contracting, provider services, account management, etc
3+ years of project management or project lead experience
3+ years of experience with facility/ancillary contact loading and auditing including contract submission, validation and maintenance
2+ years of experience in data analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Expertise in physician/facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies
2+ years of experience working with claims systems
