The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage the office staff as well as lead the team in sales prospecting and marketing of the area.
They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, creating marketing plans, cold calling, visiting local businesses and working with the office staff to increase overall insurance sales.
Events outside work hours will be necessary to aid in the growth of agency sales.
They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and staff.

-proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask Friendly and upbeat demeanor 2+ years insurance experience Active state of Ohio property and casualty insurance license required
