Responsibilities will include some inpatient care, hospital follow-up, same day clinic, office based procedures, supervision of residents and medical students, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Educational RequirementsM.D. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Qualifications and ExperienceMust have completed a residency program in an accredited program, be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, and have several years’ experience in ambulatory medical practice. Positions require prior experience in PCMH type multi-disciplinary practice. Candidates must also have demonstrated quality improvement accomplishments in an ambulatory medical setting and should have experience designing and implementing new models of care. Palliative care experience a plus.
