Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience structuring and executing complex operational initiatives. Experience using data to guide effective decision-making.
Experience with Google products and types of online abuse.
Track record of working collaboratively with both team members and executives.
Ability to remain clam under pressure and function well in high-pressure situations and smoothly take the lead if necessary and maintaining a sense of humor and positive attitude.
Ability to influence diverse audiences while demonstrating maturity and objectiveness.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As an Operations Lead within Trust and Safety’s Strategy and Operations team, you will ensure that Trust and Safety (T&S) runs like a well-oiled machine, driving projects like business reviews and organization-wide townhalls, our Noogler orientation program, our staffing efforts, our location strategy, team skill development, as well as identifying meaningful initiatives to improve T&S culture. You’ll lead many important T&S workstreams in collaboration with partners across Staffing, Finance, Real Estate Services, and Communications. Additionally, you will be comfortable collaborating with peers and presenting to executive-level audiences as you drive complex processes with excellent attention-to-detail.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on tracking objectives and key results (OKRs), location strategy, staffing and hiring, cultural initiatives, and other operational projects.
Manage communications and oversee milestones and timelines for T&S team processes.
Proactively identify and drive ad hoc operational projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of T&S work.
