To successfully perform in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the current EMIR/Dodd Frank regulations and understand a variety of OTC (Over the Counter) products. You will be required to challenge the status quo in order for the team to follow regulatory requirements, develop solid relationships with key stake holders such as Legal, Trade Management and Front Office and work with the global Operations team to achieve timely dispatch of confirmations.


Risk mitigation of unauthorized trading risk by way of OTC & Foreign Exchange & Trade Validation process

Draft/review OTC ISDA confirmations for Rates, Credit Equity, FX and Commodities

Draft MCA (Master Confirmation Agreement) and Side letter for FX Derivatives

Timely and accurately query resolution with Trade Management and Front Office

Stay abreast of industry changes and regulatory target

Interactions with Front Office, Trade Management, Legal and global TV team in New York, London, Singapore and Poland

Banking/Financial experience preferred
Training/Experience:

You report on time, any issues, which have possible risk effects on the business

You are able to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities
Requirements:


ISDA expertise desirable not mandatory will be learned

Undergraduate degree preferred

Proficient English language speaking skills

Proficient with MS Excel
