What You'll Do
Cisco’s Partner Organization continues to be one of the largest and fastest growing routes-to-market for Cisco, and is a growth engine for the entire company. In partnership with our National, NDI and DVAR partners we deliver customer outcomes that accelerate business growth and positions Cisco for success in the face of rapidly changing market dynamics.
In this highly visible role, you will lead the Partner Marketing Strategy with our Nationals Partner Sales Organization. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will:
Own the marketing relationships with our Nationals USPO Sales leadership.
Set the strategic vision and direction for how Marketing supports, enables and drives demand for the Nationals Partner Sales organization.
Manage budget and communications strategy for USPO - Nationals.
Build co-branded partner marketing plans for customers and prospects.
Develop the data and targeting strategy with our key USPO – Nationals.
Manage and execute Partner Demand Generation campaigns while building Partners marketing maturity.
Deliver marketing metrics (ROI, pipeline/sales qualified leads and bookings).
Be Partner Marketing ambassador to support the broader Americas Marketing & Communications team.
Who You'll Work With
Do you want to play on a team that is driving business impact through marketing on an everyday basis? In this role you be implementing data-driven, digital marketing and partner enablement strategies that result in profitable growth for Cisco and our Partner Organization.

Who You Are
You have 8+ years of IT Partner Marketing experience 
You have a Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
Previous experience with project and/or program management experience required.
Basic knowledge of Cisco’s architectures, routes to market.
You have extraordinary interpersonal and communications skills.
Experience with an analytics-based approach to Marketing and Go-To-Market strategy.
You have strong digital marketing skills with knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo and Eloqua ideal)
You have history of working in a team environment.
