- New hire recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training
- Reporting and verification of union reporting and payroll
- 401k and benefits management
- Managing leaves, FMLA, disability claims, garnishments
- Reviews weekly timecards for accuracy, enters data into system
- Transmits direct deposits and issues written paychecks
- Administers payroll tax accounts
- Responds to any payroll or HR related issues
