Description
The Payroll Support Specialist will process assigned payrolls and provide support to the client base. Assistance will be provided to the client in all areas of payroll processing including but not limited to, product support, time and attendance interfacing, general ledger, custom reporting, as well any additional product training the client may need. Payroll Support Specialist will be the first point of contact to assist their client with all payroll needs via phone. Employee will also be required to provide call center support and work in a team environment.

Accountabilities:

- Providing support to client base with all payroll and product needs
- Supporting service calls in queue
- Internal training and development on Payce products, policies, and services


Required: Education: High school (or equivalent)

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

Critical Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Payroll and tax knowledge preferred
- Prior payroll service bureau experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Team player
- Ability to multi task
- Training experience preferred
