Our PAS Mobility practice provides services to manage the cost and risks involved in HR plans, programs and systems related to a global workforce. As an US-focused Payroll Manager in our global payroll team, you will develop your career by teaming with other professionals to deliver on our promises to all of our stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
You’ll likely spend much of your time managing the outsourced payroll operations and implementations for optimal effectiveness.
We’ll look to you to develop strong relationships with our clients and team effectively with internal resources while developing and coaching junior members of the team.
Skills and attributes for success
An understanding of global, federal, and state payroll operations
and effectively applying your knowledge to client situations
Experience developing recommendations and implementation plans and making informed decisions in complex and judgmental areas
compliance rules for global companies with significant US inbound employee population
Experience providing payroll consulting.
To qualify for the role you must have
Approximately 5 years of related work experience; CPA, active state bar membership or CPP certification
Broad exposure to US and global payroll operations
Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
Experience using of Microsoft Excel and IT concepts
