PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER / HR MANAGER
COMPETITIVE SALARY FROM £35,364
LOCATION: WESTFIELD, WHITE CITY
With people at the fore front of everything you do your role will be to support the store management and instore P&C team to drive the people agenda and support the business of getting the right people in the right place at the right time and to drive the P&C strategy to ensure the effective operation of the store.
You will ensure best practice and compliance, have knowledge of employment law and be an excellent organiser with great PC skills and experience in using recruitment and HR systems – all with great attention to detail. Part of your role will be to implement a learning culture through self-development, consistent feedback and management of all instore training.
Working various shift patterns to suit the business needs you can communicate well at all levels and thrive in a fast paced environment, Your positivity and resilience will empower others and show a determination to achieve results.
CIPD qualification level 5 is required and a commitment to develop your HR knowledge.
