We currently have an opening for a Marketing Specialist within the Marketing Communications Group of PGIM Fixed Income.  This is an exciting team working closely with the sales and relationship management groups across the business.

Responsibilities:
Prepare custom and complex client presentations based upon on-going requests from Sales and Account Management colleagues
Assist in review of standard client presentations and the development of other presentation materials such as due diligence and client training materials
Update content on a monthly and quarterly basis and upload slides into the presentation management system
Project Management:
Ensure content and data owners and management are kept updated on progress, status and issues
Ensure policies, workflows and procedures are escalated and reviewed as required
Reinforce marketing processes by working with business partners to ensure all content is complete and accurate.


Qualifications
 
Bachelors degree in Finance or other business related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of institutional asset management marketing experience (preferably in fixed income asset management)
Conceptual knowledge of fixed income and financial markets
Specific knowledge of PowerPoint. 
Experience with Tableau a plus.
Effective communication, writing and editing skills
