Investment Analyst Program
PGIM Real Estate has an opportunity for a Research Analyst working in support of the Americas Investment Research team. The investment research team serves to:
improve investment decision-making of the company through top-down and bottom-up research;
create a research-based culture and image for the firm, and
enhance overall satisfaction of clients and prospects. 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and market briefings on property markets across real estate sectors (office, retail, industrial, apartment, hotel, senior housing, self storage, etc.) and major cities in support of investment decisions.
Provide support in the production of market briefings and presentations on economic and real estate markets for both the business and its external clients;
Support senior staff in developing new property market research, including data analysis and presentation of research findings
 
Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s degree required; economics, urban studies, or other research-related field of study is desirable
Excellent quantitative skills, including a knowledge of statistics
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
