A growing market has created a need for another post-acute physician to join an existing team.
The incoming physician will be rotating through about three to four of the facilities within their network.
If desired, you can do a combination of skilled nursing, assisted living, and LTAC.
The schedule will be Monday to Friday with some flexibility in hours, and shared weekend and evening call of 1:4.
Candidates should be comfortable with an all geriatric patient base and working with autonomously.

The position includes an excellent base salary plus WRVU bonuses.
You will also be offered medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401K retirement plan, relocation assistance, malpractice with tail coverage, and 4 weeks off.
