Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of related experience.
2 years of related partner management, technology-related commercial projects, product management, or consulting experience.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working as an engineer and/or product, technical/product specialists.
Knowledge of Google Ads API and Google Ads product knowledge.
Familiarity with AdTech industry and business models.
Ability to define and structure internal support models to achieve plan.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously and the ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
Comfortable working in a matrix organization and building consensus; driving toward results.

As a Platform Manager, you will be responsible for building, influencing and growing relationships with Ecosystem Enablers who primarily provide a technology layer to operationalize elements of the google ad experience. You will work with these partners to help build their capabilities and capacity to advance their value proposition to the market by improving customer’s experience and performance with our ad products.

Responsibilities
Leverage monetary and other resources to influence platforms to adopt Google recommended solutions. Resources that will help new partners to identify right Platform-Partner fit.
Work with internal stakeholders to address any API migration, T&Cs, or related escalations.
Develop strategic business plans for the partners with eye toward identifying creative initiatives and ensuring partners are fulfilling the plans.
Engaging with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales Engineering,,Product etc toward common goal of partner success.
