What will you be doing?
Provide PMO execution support for the reporting and communication of program delivery status for critical Risk/Finance/Treasury change deliverables across the US Region (including the US Consumer Bank RFT)
Support the implementation of critical programs, e.g. Stress Testing, Regulatory Reporting, Data Fabric implementation, etc.
Manage bi-monthly status reporting in collaboration with project managers and management teams
Work with the PMO lead to execute the program governance model and define terms of reference
Maintain Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency (RAID) logs to check for completeness and compliance, with actions overdue escalating to the PMO manager
Work on special projects, including complex ad hoc queries, critical cross-functional data capture exercises, and regulatory reporting and investigations
Provide constructive ideas and review of Change deliverables through review of initiative plans and status
Enforce standards for program execution, including a framework that facilitates clear and transparent accountability, a path to the target state and an ability to track and affect progress
Review compliance to standards including the completion of quarterly CSAs (Control Self Assessments)
What we’re looking for:
5+ years PMO experience with demonstrated ability in the execution of PMO processes for medium to large scale programs, monitoring & of tracking program resource actuals vs forecast, financials, RAIDs, and creating presentation materials for senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
Financial services industry experience
Presentation skills, recognizing the value of regular engagement with senior stakeholders
Understanding of Change Management best practices
Understanding of project governance requirements
MS Office PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
