The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. As a Policy and Privacy Lead for Go-To-Market Operations, you'll work on strategic projects across the Global Business Organization (GBO) to ensure adherence to new and existing data privacy policies and changes, working closely with various GBO teams, PM, Engineering and Google Privacy teams to assess and minimize risk across GBO. You're experienced at structuring ambiguous problems, working on analytical work streams, applying sound business judgment, influencing stakeholders and communicating complex issues effectively. In doing so, you'll collaborate with counterparts across multiple business lines and present to leadership in GBO and within Google more broadly. You have demonstrated performance in an audit/compliance and/or consulting environment, and you are a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry. You tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Work with cross-functional leadership to define, launch, and drive privacy initiatives.
Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
Lead cross-functional, global teams to get work done.
Communicate findings to management and to the broader organization.
Drive recommendations through to implementation and results.
