The Google Play Policy team within Android develops and provides business-critical content policies and helps the developer community and digital content catalog of Google Play. We are focused on protecting and improving store quality, supporting Google Play partners and aligning with the broader Google content policy globally.
As a Policy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality policy evaluations and guidance related to privacy in areas such as data deletion, retention and access controls. You are comfortable delivering decisions and recommendations under tight time pressure, often with senior executives with competing viewpoints.

Facilitate privacy by design in policy development, working with Product, Legal, Trust & Safety, Security, Engineering and Operations.
Oversee management of policy operationalization, both for internal and external stakeholders.
Build relationships with stakeholders and help implement solutions to urgent policy issues.
