What You’ll do
You will be part of a dynamic software engineering team to design, develop and sustain software for UCS server & storage platforms. You will construct leading edge Storage Solutions & Technology.

You will work within Data Center Business Group engineering team who specializes in High-Performance Computer, Network, and Storage platform software development.

Minimum Qualifications
BSCS or BSEE with 15+ years related industry experience.
Extraordinary product development experience and consistent track record of successful product delivery.
Ability to engage with senior architects and customers, and capture architectural product requirements into system specs
Deep understanding of object oriented design, design patterns using C++ /Java/Go and in building cloud applications
Strong system management experience (Network management, Systems management, Datacenter automation)
Linux development exposure and familiarity with Virtualization and Container technologies
Experience in application of structured methodologies, notations and approaches, to define and organize systems
Follow industry trends and standards - Define, Propose, Prototype - Proof of concept implementations
Experience building microservice architecture applications with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes is a huge plus
Experience in developing and deploying code to production cloud (AWS or others), associated development methodologies and automation workflows
Has broader system level knowledge, intuitive understanding of system level interactions, performance trade-offs
Experience in full product development lifecycle of large/complex products including directly working with partners and customers during requirements, architecture, design, test, deployment and support phases
Iterative development and refactoring, prior experience with CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to ‘Challenge the Status Quo’ to build a new normal.
