Process Management Analyst-AIT0002F
Prudential ISG Technology is pursuing a qualified Process Management Analyst as part of the Workforce Management, Standards/Policies, and Communication team in the Office of the CIO. The Process Management Analyst’s key role is to facilitate and execute the organizational workforce management processes, primarily the end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding of all ISG Technology resources.
This role is critical to ensure each new hire has a successful and positive experience and is immediately productive. The candidate will work closely with all members of the OCIO, ISG Technology managers and other team members, as well as with business partners to accomplish tasks, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive efficiencies.
The Process Management Analyst must be hands-on, well organized, and proactive. As required, the candidate will also be involved in accomplishing other OCIO processes, activities, and special projects, such as assisting in the update and implementation of policies and standards, documenting processes, and maintenance of our SharePoint pages.
Execute the resource change controls and the end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding of all resources across ISG Technology and its locations
Submit requests related to hardware and software procurement, security access, decommission, seat assignment, etc.
Manage resource profiles for employees and consultants
Maintain accurate, up-to-date workforce information using tools, such as EPIC, Service Now, etc.
Experience in creating metrics & reporting and KPI’s to measure business outcome
Create and maintain processes that are customer focused, streamlined, consistent, effective and efficient
Develop solutions to problems of varying degree of complexity independently or in a team environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels
Resourceful, able to juggle multiple priorities and manage tasks with minimal direction
Fluent in MS Office suite, with emphasis on Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to keep information confidential
3+ years experience in a fast-paced Technology or business area
Strong understanding of workflow and other processes and the ability to identify and recommend systems improvements and drive change
Self-starter, adaptable, highly organized and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong relationship, interpersonal (listening, written and verbal communication) skills
Anticipate business needs as well as cultivate and build business relationships at all levels
