What you’ll be doing...
You will be part of the consumer macro segment marketing team supporting the development of segmentation led value propositions for our core wireless business. This role will manage the needs for existing product and program development as well as new segment market strategy and integration of services.
You will assist in development of the business case for innovative customer centric programs that have market differentiation and strong sustainability to increase our subscriber base. You will need to possess strong financial understanding and ability to analyze data to build the business case. You should also have experience in building requirements for segmentation and research, or new products/offers.
This detailed oriented manager will need strong project management skills working with agencies and internal teams to develop full lifecycle programs resulting in acquisition based campaign vehicles.
Specifically the role will focus on developing strategy for the growth and evolution of Employee Liable End User (ELEU) value propositions. An ELEU customer works for a business or organization which have significant wireless contracts with Verizon Wireless. These customers are offered special perks due to the benefits of the holistic relationship with Verizon Wireless. ELEU accounts represents a majority of our consumer wireless base and innovative solutions are critical to providing the best possible benefits to attract and retain ELEU customers.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in consumer marketing, consumer insights/customer research or marketing communications strategy or product management.
Even better if you have:
MBA or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
Business case development knowledge.
Managed cross functional team partnerships.
Value proposition development or ideation experience.
Working knowledge of wireless service price plans.
Agile process experience.
An analytical and process driven mindset.
Strong written and communication skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
