What You'll Do
Working closely with other Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) marketing and product management functions, you will drive the creation of content and collateral specific to NetAcad courses and platform offerings. You will be an authority on the technology education marketplace and develop a keen understanding of trends and opportunities. You will also be responsible for enabling the field and partners with up-to-date collateral, effective tools, and communication forums.
Core Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with NetAcad product managers and cross-functionally with the NetAcad marketing team to develop joint messaging and strategy and impactful field enablement collateral for offerings.
You will work closely with NetAcad product management to understand the detailed benefits of offerings and map and translate those benefits to a clearly articulated value proposition that can be readily understood by the target customers.
You will build accurate, clear, concise, and aesthetically pleasing deliverables in a range of formats with particular emphasis on PowerPoint presentations. Keep collateral up to date and readily available.
You will craft market research to understand trends and identify opportunities including total available market (TAM) analysis.
You will manage and build communication channels with NetAcad field and partner organizations including regular forums (PM Forum, Customer Advisory Boards, etc.) and online tools and platforms (GTM Hub).

Who You Are
Do you offer 3+ years of marketing experience with progressively growing responsibilities?
Are you able to transform a geeky engineer presentation into an amazing, understandable story?
Are you the wizard of simplification in creating communication that everyone will immediately understands and remembers?
Do you offer strong verbal and written interpersonal skills as well as the ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint?
You have the ability to craft a compelling story and build presentations to deliver a message and to frame the narrative of the NetAcad Program and offerings.
You are experienced in copywriting and editing whilst adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines.
You have the ability to craft, frame and drive content for external use
Experience and knowledge of the education marketplace is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability and willingness to ensure accuracy.
You are a go-getter, who proactively owns the role
Bachelors degree preferred
