This is a full-time position based at the Visible office in Alpharetta, GA, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.
Your Role at Visible
VISIBLE team is continuously working on new technologies to enhance the customer experience. And you can be part of it. Your role will involve acting as the Production Support Lead for all of Visible customer-facing ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for the overall stability and availability of the Visible Platform and be the primary point-of-contact for the Visible Production Support Team. You will be working on the latest public cloud platform and various SaaS platforms like SalesForce/Vlocity and Matrixx OCS Systems. Your important work will help us deliver a highly stable and available platform to delight our customers.
What You’ll Do at Visible
Production Support of the Visible Platform and working closely with the Visible Application Team in PDC
Lead high availability and stability improvements and monitoring of the Visible Platform
Manage Offshore Application Support Team
Work closely with Infrastructure Team to ensure up to date patches in Prod Environment
Work with Dev teams to ensure critical defects are addressed in Prod Environment
Evaluate and bring in new Monitoring Tools on Visible Platform
Continuous improvements to the Infrastructure and Security of the Visible Platform
Automation of the reports requested by Visible Business Partners
Enhance / Improve GCP / SalesForce / Matrixx Monitoring capabilities
Lead the Tactical Solutions Team involving providing Emerfixes to the Production Environment
What we’re looking for...
Qualifications:
In depth knowledge in Production Support of large scale Enterprise Applications including:
Salesforce
Apigee
Java applications, Tomcat, MQ, WebServer
DevOps tools - Ansible, Jenkins
Proficient with cloud infrastructure and applications - Google Cloud and AWS preferred
Knowledge of Vlocity Platform or Matrixx Systems is a big plus
Knowledge of monitoring applications and best-practices
Project management skills
