We’re a leader in the banking industry offering products and services across personal, corporate and investment banking, credit cards and wealth management and we want to be your bank of choice for all your financial needs. Due to exciting growth across our Collections Operations teams we’re looking for Call Center superstars who will help drive, implement, and execute strategies for an automated dialer system within a large fast paced call center environment.

What you’ll be doing?
•As a Production Support Analyst you will be responsible for managing the day to day dialer process, including implementation of strategies.
 
What we’re looking for:
•2+ years management or automated dialer experience
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
 
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Strong project management experience preferred
•Proven reporting and analytical skills
•Strong knowledge of operations
•Workforce management and dialer operations experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong prioritization skills
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Efficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
•Basic understanding of reporting tools
