What we look for from our people
We are an institution with a history of growth. As we take our next big step forward, we seek individuals who match our values and will help advance our vision for the future.
Grow with Us
As an employer, we aspire to be known as a place that transforms our employees’ lives just as we aspire to transform the lives of our students. We do this by being an employer that embraces education, growth, and development from every direction.
Time Off Philosophy
Growth takes balance, and employee satisfaction and wellness is important at us. From day one, you’ll enjoy our self-directed time off philosophy, which is an integral part of that sentiment which helps employees lead full and meaningful lives by supporting time away from work to pursue hobbies, projects and causes, be with family and friends, and recharge the body, mind and spirit.
In addition to our progressive philosophy on time off, we have eleven paid holidays where our campus is closed: New Years’ Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
We’re serious about the professional growth of our people. That’s why every employee partners with human resources to create a personal development plan and receive ongoing support to meet their goals. As a group, we participate in ongoing training and development opportunities such as lunch-n-learns, book clubs, and quarterly special sessions. We also afford our employees opportunities to participate in mentorship and executive development programs.
