JOB DESCRIPTION

Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Program Manager to support New Business efforts, to be located in San Francisco, for its Sales organization. This individual will report to the Senior Director, New Business in SFO, and will be responsible for overseeing onboarding new partnerships and sales programs within the company.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication, organization and integration strategies for new business programs across the multiple internal verticals (Dev teams, Business, Finance, Customer Management, Online Services, PR, etc) as well as with Partner teams in full alignment with EMEA counterpart.
Ensure processes are optimized and executed effectively for new partnerships pre-launch, launch and post launch
Be the central point of collaboration with various teams and own cross-functional processes around upcoming innovative business projects/programs linked to sales and new business. 
Manage documentation, processes, repository of information, help organize and program manage onboarding new partnerships and sales programs.
Manage risks and prepare for issues with partner launches working cross functionally with all relevant teams.
Help follow up on tracking to assess results and give directions to keep on improving the partner program game after launch.
Drive improvements to all facets of the new business onboarding process within Ubisoft.
QUALIFICATIONS

3- 5 years business experience in a process or product management role.
Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in organizational business management.
Have a strong passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes.
Must be a strong communicator, open to collaboration, and building group consensus.
Ability to assess and recommend innovative early-stage solutions
Have Interest and basic knowledge in Sales, Finance, eCommerce, and Operations.
Pro-active, driven, and able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment.
Have effective English professional written and oral communication skills.
Be able to balance and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Have a strong understanding of the games industry and its products.
French language skills are a plus.
