What You'll Do
Cisco is hiring a Program Manager who will focus on Offer Lifecycle Enablement for our team in San Jose, CA.
In this role, you'll join our Enterprise Offer Lifecycle Enablement team that is responsible for delivery of Cisco's products, services and solutions. You will be a key member of operations team supporting the enterprise business units to launch new offers that contain Cisco's enterprise products along with software and services. You will have an opportunity to take a business idea, transform it into an offer definition and take it from concept to sustenance. You will also need to constantly align with evolution of our operational tools, processes and capabilities
Who You'll Work With
You will closely partner with cross business unit product management, services, new product development organizations and will work on Cisco's products across enterprise switching, routing and wireless businesses. You will also be working with various transformation leads to understand, embrace new capabilities and catalyze their adoption across different partners.

Minimum requirements -
You have a wide knowledge of Cisco's products and offering - configuration, delivery, and fulfillment.
You have knowledge of Cisco's product development process: New Product Introduction .
You are experienced in software licensing and fulfillment as well as with Bill of Materials/Customer BOM.
You have the ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical partners.
Expert level Program Management skills.
You're familiar with agile processes and are comfortable in an agile environment.
5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, product development, and new product introduction.
You have a BS/BA in Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
