Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ - 85007

Duration: 06 Months (Potential to become an FTE position after 6 months)

Responsibilities


- Support Project Managers in project management of multiple projects/teams
- Coordinate/facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Track and update Project Schedules
- Create and present PowerPoint presentations
- Assist EPMO Manager with tasks to manage and coordinate operational activities of the EPMO
- Develop/present reports, metrics and other Team activities including training
- Develop, track and organize documentation
- Perform analysis and Information/data management
- Document processes in writing
- Coordinate activities in support of IT portfolios, programs, projects, and personnel
- Maintain project dashboards in our EPMO tool (Smartsheet)
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders, each with different reporting requirements

Requirements


- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position
- Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills
- Strong follow through, attention to detail and organization skills
- Personable with customer service and team coordination skills
- Able to work independently, take initiative and solve problems
- Solid time-management and ability to multitask
- Strong in Sheet and Excel or equivalent
- Solid understanding of Information Technology terminology & processes
- Experience with file sharing systems and internet searching
- Familiarity with Project and Portfolio Management and related tools
