What You'll Do
You will interface across Engineering, CX, Operations and Strategy & Planning/PMO teams to lead Portfolio planning advisory services (e.g. business case development, status and metrics reporting, navigate system interfaces, and track cross-portfolio critical risks/actions/dependencies). You will work to drive cross-functional team alignment. You will contribute to the development of a portfolio planning and assist in the construction of a formalized program office. You will support Business Operations for the Portfolio Office and lead/manage highly visible and complex projects from start to completion (e.g. scope, schedule, budget, metrics, adoption, risk management). You will support the leadership team with monthly cadences and quarterly business review deliverables.

Cisco Operations Portfolio Office accelerates transformation at Cisco. We are the stewards of Cisco’s largest internal investment fund and own the planning, governance, execution performance this portfolio of projects. Our goal is to ensure alignment to Corporate priorities and value realization from our investments.

You are a forward-thinking, creative program/project manager with strong communication, process creation, and data/business analysis skills. You have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail. You are able to perform extraordinary support role in a PMO team. You help oversee cross-functionally in different types of meetings, take notes, follow-up on actions. You work well independently, as well as, you are a teammate who excels by forming relationships. You love learning new skills or honing existing ones.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business and/or related technical field, 5-8 years to related experience.
Extraordinary communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
Solid ability to lead advisory guidance, including strategic planning, management consulting experience is a plus.
Ability to understand the business and technology (e.g. Product, Software, SaaS, Customer Experience, operational capabilities), and identify interdependencies and orchestrate critical connections.
Strong facilitation skills (operational, progress and status meetings)
Oversee across virtual geo-distributed teams, as needed
Ability to quickly solution/adapt to and learn new technology interfaces
Effective time management skills, with a strong ability to lead multiple projects and timelines
Should be able to manage/execute logistics for trainings, meetings/offsites, and other special events
Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Knowledge of collaborative tools like BOX, Smartsheet, Jive/IBM Connect pages
PMP, Data Analytics/Finance background, and/or Agile experience is a plus
