Description

Responsible for handling homeowner field claims in the Pittsburgh area:

-Assess claims and negotiate settlements

-Interpret our policy and identify coverage

-Provide legendary customer service to our insured members

-Manage 8-10 new claims per week valued up to $50,000 (depending upon experience level) and company car provided.


Qualifications-At least 3 years of homeowner claim handling experience preferred

-Comfortable writing and reviewing estimates in Xactimate

-Knowledge of residential construction and/or remodeling.

-Strong negotiation skills.

-Comfortable dealing with Public Adjusters and Attorneys.

-Strong interpersonal skills (you will be interacting with insured, claimants, vendors, coworkers, Public Adjusters/Attorneys and Management)
