Description

OfficeTeam is recruiting for a Property Manager with at least 1+ years of administrative experience!



The job duties included, but are not limited to:

-Answer phone calls with a bright and cheery manner

-Bookkeeping of rent receipts, maintain journal entries

-Manage accounts payable

-Make daily phone calls to our resident managers, handymen and contractors

-Prepare tenant notifications, rent increase notices, etc

-Post vacancies weekly to our Internet advertising sites

-Assist in preparing commercial leases

-Document preparation and generation of reports

-Provide support including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, mail merges, bulk mailings, data entry, and drafting and updating correspondence and presentations

Requeriments
Ideal Candidate:

-Associates and/or Bachelors Degree preferred

-1-2+ years office experience in administrative work with an interest in property management

-Strong secretarial, administrative, and bookkeeping skills

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), databases/CRMs, and QuickBooks

-Proficient with PC and Mac products

-Great people skills

-Willingness to wear multiple hats
