The Private Wealth Management (PWM) business provides end to end Investment Management services and advice across a large range of asset classes for high net worth individuals. PWM leverages a global technology platform offering, an integrated suite of tools, and applications to onboard clients. Our software helps realize a client’s goals and objectives, develops and implements an integrated wealth management plan and delivers first-class client service.This role is working on our Production Response and Monitoring team and acting as a point of contact for ayco associates and technology. This associate will work with GS Tech, GS Help desk, and ayco technology to resolve any support issues, triage issues and report on incidents.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL• • Serves as a point of contact between business units, Ayco Technology Provider Groups and Ayco Technology Group Management• • Receives, logs and manages incidents submitted to the PRM Team• • Employ monitoring toolsets to proactively discover issues that affect application service levels.• • Identify and apply remediation strategies to address application incidents prior to client impacts• • Contribute to the success of the business and assist in improving the overall customer experience• • Execute PRM Critical Incident Escalation, notifying staff, monitoring incident bridge phone call, working incident until resolution or work around is implementedSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR• • Basic ITIL based Incident and Problem Management experience• • Knowledge of ITIL best practices, especially regarding incident and problem management procedures.• • Demonstrated ability to fully manage service incidents from inception through incident is resolved or work around is implemented.• • Expertise using reporting toolsets (such as SSRS) to quantify the status of production issues, as well as provide insights into overall trends.• • Experience managing multiple technology projects concurrently.• • Facilitate the immediate restoration of application services during outages (i.e., incident management), and drive retrospective root cause analysis and supporting long term remediation efforts (i.e., problem management).Preferred Qualifications• • Degree required or college course work in progress, preferably in computer science or information systems.
