What You'll Do
We are looking for a well-rounded Quality Program Manager who can drive action in an agile approach in an effort to drive large-scale quality improvements.
In order to benefit Cisco Customers, you will work with cross functional teams to drive complex quality transformation strategies.
You will have the opportunity to influence the design of policies, processes, and tools that benefit the quality community at Cisco. As a scrum master, you will be able to manage a portfolio of programs and work with others to take the programs from inception, to minimum viable product, to enhanced capabilities.

You'll work with an empowered team who is motivated to do the right thing to ensure that our customers have the best quality experience. Additionally, you'll partner with quality engineers, supply chain partners, and IT who have a track record of driving groundbreaking quality improvements.

Knowledge of and experience executing DMAIC, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping principles.
Understanding of Cisco business strategies and drivers to guide activities.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Ability to lead team through creative problem solving.
Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan, and organize projects.
Strong program/project management skills
Reasoning skills for problem identification and resolution.
Skilled at cross-functional program management.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate (verbal/written) detailed, technical initiatives to technical and non-technical people at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of information data systems and SQL preferred.
At a minimum, we expect you to have a BA/BS in engineering or quality.
BS or BA degree in program management, engineering, operations research, customer interaction, finance or related networking/technical fields.
PMP certification
ScrumMaster, Agile certifications
5-8 years of related experience in technical program management, or related field
2-4 years experience in portfolio management
2-4 years as ScrumMaster or Agile Project Manager
2-4 years in Agile Development Environment
2-4 years Change Management and executive communications experience
