The Quality Systems Analyst III will support the Cross Segment (CrossQ) Business Quality leadership and CrossQ organization in the of Quality Management Systems focusing on CrossQ SOPs, tru Vault Document Management System and Summit Learning Management System. Includes ongoing coordination and support to deployments for Enterprise Standards, CrossQ SOPs and new IT systems. 

BQ QMS Support would include but not be limited to:
• Manage and support the CrossQ procedures in all activities including:
o Support to Maintenance and changes to CrossQ SOPs including associated training materials
o Support to translations for all appropriate procedures into ~14 languages
o Support to CrossQ SOP Process Owners when modifying/updating any/all procedures
o Coordinate approvals of CrossQ procedures, eForms, translations, etc. in tru Vault
o Coordinate, facilitate and manage agendas/content for the monthly CrossQ Governance Council meetings in collaboration with the CrossQ Governance Council Leader
 Capture, manage and monitor ongoing follow ups from the CrossQ Governance Council meetings
o Refresh/Update the latest SOP content links, training materials and all other relevant documentation so it’s available to all CrossQ Business Quality and CLS Quality members via BQ Website, tru Vault and Summit
o Monitor, track and update End to End status of CrossQ SOPs throughout the change process

• Administration of the tru Vault and Summit IT Systems
o Manage all CrossQ SOPs in tru Vault
o Manage all training materials associated to all CrossQ SOPs which are integrated with Summit
o Onboard/Train and provide guidance/support to all CrossQ SOP Process Owners
o Support overall training content and BQ/CLS Quality associate administration
o Coordinate with ComplianceWire contacts for training deployment as needed
o Maintain and update User groups for CrossQ Content and all BQ/CLS associates in Summit
o Support system migrations and improvements including User Testing, etc.

• Translations
o Ongoing coordination of ~14 language translations for all CrossQ SOPs and eForms
o Ongoing tracking, uploading and management of CrossQ SOP changes and refreshing on BQ Website
o Coordination with Translation vendor on all CrossQ SOPs and eForms to be translated due to revised versions
 Pulling appropriate files and forms to be translated and sharing with vendor
 Obtaining price quotes for translations
 Submitting request for translations and managing the tactical tracking of all content (~+ 6 month process) through completion
 Maintain and update list of all In Country Reviewers (ICRs) for all translations
 Ensuring all current translated content is uploaded to BQ Website for availability to all BQ/CLS Associates

• BQ Communications
o Provide ongoing CrossQ SOP content updates and provide early warning of Standard change impacts to CrossQ SOPs
o Support CrossQ Global Business Quality Program Director on development and deployment of all communications
o Support all Communications and project planning within Global CrossQ teams and out to the BQ organization under the guidance CrossQ Global Business Quality Program Director
• Escalate issues or conflicts to Cross Segment PMO and/or BQLT as appropriate
• Liaison with CrossQ Global BQ Program Director and other Regional Business Quality Council (RBQC) Project Managers to ensure alignment
• Support various CrossQ
