What you’ll be doing...
As a Network Eng IV RE/Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex wireless real estate projects. You'll be managing site acquisition vendors, working with internal and external stakeholders to finalize designs and completing negotiations on complex and diverse project types. You will be responsible for:
Real Estate project management.
Articulating issues/directives consistently and succinctly.
Effectually explaining the various network technologies and their associated benefits to vendors, landowners, executives, municipalities, etc.
Performing accurate budget forecasting.
Conducting contract negotiations.
Managing the A&E, environmental, regulatory and zoning processes for your projects.
Interpreting/applying/providing guidance concerning Zoning Ordinances and specific Land Development Regulations as applicable to the development and deployment of wireless communications facilities.
Comprehensive understanding of the legal aspect of real estate, specifically easements, title restrictions, lease/license language and associated risk assessment to the business.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience
Even better if you have
A degree
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Five or more years of experience with telecommunication contract negotiations and network Real Estate and acquisition work.
Three or more years of experience managing complex projects.
Expertise with multiple project types in the telecommunication industry including macro rawland, rooftop, and collocations, small cells and in-building solutions.
Experience with complex A&E, environmental and regulatory processes associated with various project types.
