A private equity company in Midtown is looking to hire an experience receptionist for their front office. This receptionist will be handling all inbound phone calls, and supporting the office with day to day inbound calls, including expense reporting, filing, scanning, and organizing office placements. How you will make an impact

- Greeting visitors

- Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures

- Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

- Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

- Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

- Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

- Managing all incoming phone calls

- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Adeptness in Inbound Telephone Calls

- Experience with Expense Reporting

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Administrative Assistance experience desired

- Expertise in Direct Guests

- Foundational knowledge in MS Outlook

- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

- Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
