OfficeTeam currently has an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Receptionist at a growing company in Downtown Houston. The Receptionist position is a long-term temporary role.

- Answer, screen and direct calls


- Greet clients and guests in the office


- File, copy, scan and mail coordination


- Set up meeting rooms

Requeriments
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Receptionist role


- Ability to prioritize and multitask


- Exceptional customer service skills


- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
