OfficeTeam is working with a local Car Dealership for an upcoming Receptionist need!


The Receptionist will manage the lobby area and provide positive first impressions along with welcoming guests.

What you get to do every day

· Operate a multi-line phone system

· Receive approximately 50 inbound calls / day

· Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

· Conference room setup cleanup experience

· Proficiency in conference call coordination

· Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

· Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Requeriments
Requirements:


· Bilingual – Spanish

· Prior car dealership administrative experience

· Experience faxing, filing, scanning, and copying

· 1 year of receptionist experience

· Solid understanding of working as an assistant

· Incoming phone call management skills

· Strong communication and social skills
