JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible to build strategy and programs to attract top talent into our company and to provide overall leadership to our Recruiting team. The Recruiting Manager will develop, implement and manage talent acquisition programs to fulfill Ubisoft’s growth and expansion needs. This position will act as a true partner to the business to identify talent gaps, implement sourcing tools and processes and ensure we have robust programs for diversity, employer branding and an engaging candidate experience. This position is an excellent opportunity for the right talent professional to significantly impact business results and be a part of a highly collaborative HR team.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Responsible for driving overall success of team including managing prioritization, delegation, and overall accountability of team
Partner with business leaders to define requirements for key positions, identify ideal candidate profiles and project hiring requirements over the next year
Partner with functional leaders and hiring managers to develop a collaborative partnership for all recruiting efforts
Use metrics and feedback from hiring managers and candidates to review the effectiveness of assessment tools, sourcing channels, employer brand strategy and talent acquisition efforts
Report out progress of the recruiting pipeline, flagging hot spots and recommend creative solutions.
Stay abreast of evolving recruitment practices and employment related legislation; effectively utilizing recruitment best practices
Create an effective employer branding strategy and employee value proposition that is aligned with our mission and core values
Coach and train hiring managers on employment and interviewing processes and deliver recruitment and interview training workshops
Build and maintain partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors. Manage the contract and budget process with talent vendors
Manage the internal referral program and build enthusiasm and support for driving candidate referrals from existing employees
Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development to members of the Recruiting Team
Interact with recruiting teams from international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing
Create and distribute data, metrics and performance reports on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting experience and 3+ years leading and managing a team
Exceptional relationship management skills, including developing and maintaining relationships and providing business leaders and candidates an exceptional recruiting experience
An expert level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, and relationship management
Ability to motivate and inspire a recruiting team and stay calm during high pressure recruiting cycles
Ability to drive and complete projects executing against timelines
