Ability to use creative thinking skills and develop innovative solutions. Track record of impacting strategic change initiatives where prudent and scaling work on a broader level.

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll use your facilities management and leadership experience to manage a regional team that is responsible for all aspects of facilities services and operations for a designated geographical area. This role will include managing Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) projects and service delivery across functions, departments and business units.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Work with REWS leadership to create and implement operational objectives and processes. Navigate stakeholders, varying priorities, and communication to accomplish goals and REWS strategy.
Provide strategic leadership to remote facilities teams who oversee building operations, and manage daily operations. Manage individual/team performance and grow the team.
Act as a trusted partner, and build relationships with business leaders to enhance employee experience. Communicate mission and strategies to executive management through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication.
Be accountable for regional operating budget from development, and forecast and track of monthly/quarterly finances.
Collaborate to assure consistency across regions, and provide input for real estate decisions. Work with internal support teams to ensure cohesive services delivery.
