The company is revolutionizing cyber risk with a SaaS-based platform that uses data science to combine vulnerability data with exploit intelligence to measure risk, predict attacks and prioritize remediation.

- Develop and implement sales strategies in the specific region that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets
- Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
- Work with sales teams in territory planning
- Display strong time management skills
- Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle
- Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline with your team to be delivered to the Senior Leadership Team
- Hire, develop, coach and manage a strong team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and client care

- 10+ years of sales leadership along with direct experience as a sales rep in the SaaS industry, Security experience is a plus
- Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to plan daily and weekly activities for a sales team, monitor performance, and measure results
