The Department NurseManager is responsible for personnel, and compliance.
Reports to CNO/DepartmentDirector and is a liaison to departments, physicians, administration, patients,guests and the community.
Department Managers should be visionary as to theopportunities to develop, grow and expand their service line.

Current BCLSrequired upon hire; Professional Association certification preferred within 1year.Experience: Minimum of 2 yearsmanagement experience managing a clinical unit.
Clinical experience evidencedby specialty training specific to the nursing area.
Progressive nursingleadership experience demonstrating solid management is necessary for thisnursing position.
The Nursing Manager should have the ability to carry out allresponsibilities in a thorough and timely manner.
