Job Description Job Summary

The Regulatory Analyst works with Product Management to define solutions for required product features, eliciting and documenting requirements, performing required impact/workflow analysis and designing the user interface based on Regulatory Reporting and Quality considerations. Work with Agile Scrum teams, addressing the day-to-day needs of the development team around quality / reporting requirements. Paints the vision of the feature for the team and breaks down the work into user stories, guiding the Software Engineers and QA analysts to ensure deliverables meet the required business needs and quality / reporting directives. Serve as a source of knowledge for other departments in the company regarding Greenway’s product designs and our users’ needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering sessions with special consideration of regulatory reporting guidelines
- Write clear and concise user stories
- Document requirements and system behaviors by developing complex use case scenarios
- Ability to update/create page spec documentation with no supervision
- Works with Agile teams on grooming the backlog Skills & Requirements Experience


- BA/BS in Business or equivalent specific industry experience Minimum

- 1-2 years of related experience
- 1-2 years in healthcare IT
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality reporting in EHR / Healthcare markets Skills/Knowledge

- Highly motivated
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills
- Understanding of healthcare market and users
- Strong quantitative/qualitative skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail; the drive to proactively resolve issues. Work Environment/Physical Demands

- While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the work day
- This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a key board the majority of their work day
- This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as, in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
- The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
- The work environment is an open room with other associates and noise from others will be part of the regular work day
