Who You Are
You are responsible for processing customer renewals for auto-renewal subscriptions as well as helping migrate customers to Cisco’s ordering platform. You will ensure high customer gratification during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the renewals account managers to provide an impeccable customer interaction.
You execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
You notify and assist customers with migrating to Cisco’s ordering platform at the time of renewal.
You find and execute upsells within your customer base.
You ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.
Education & Experience:
You have excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
You are highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
You have strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
You have experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred
You have experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
You are Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
