Data entry, administrative/clerical work, and maintaining good communication with the project manager. Ability to establish good rapport and positive presence over the phone is desired.
Technical skills are preferred as this position will require use of multiple computer programs, and phone recording equipment.

Education and ExperienceMinimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Essential Skills:
Customer Service and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact comfortably with a variety of people. Problem solving and data entry skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Able to learn quickly on the job, with good technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Windows PC.
