The Retention Account Manager provides service to assigned customers within a dedicated module consisting of small growth opportunity customers for the enterprise customer segment. The RAM also manages approximately 150-250 customer accounts between $1M - $2M in current revenue. Responsibility includes retention of existing assigned accounts, as well as additional revenue, while contributing to the sales and field operations goals and objectives. Job Description
Develop a Retention funnel through ongoing communications to assigned Partners and customers, utilizing multiple methods including, but not limited to, phone calls, e-mail and marketing tools. Account planning that includes managing growth and retention activities for all clients within the assigned account base, including development of account profiles, account strategy and facilitating all required duties and tasks necessary to deliver a positive customer experience Carefully monitor expiring services and contracts and uncover opportunities to generate additional revenue through up-selling, proposals, RFPs, and ongoing marketing promotions. Manage contractual obligations to ensure compliance is maintained with terms and conditions specified in contracts/Master Service Agreements Facilitate customer order requests for moves, adds, changes; and initiate orders and ensures that the orders have been completed in a timely and accurate manner to the customer's satisfaction. Qualifications
5+ years Sales or Partner leadership experience Bachelors' Degree or relevant years of experience Experience in Sales and Channel Organizations Knowledge of single and multi-tier Indirect Channel Sales models. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales, up-selling, product positioning, and customer service to end user customers, preferably in telecommunications industry Successful experience in account management role supporting a large volume of small business customers Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes Exceptional business acumen, active listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills #LI-POST1 Alternate Location: US-Washington-Seattle Requisition # : 216523 This job may require successful completion of an online assessment.
