Responsibilities: Coordinates all care activities for the work unit for day-to-day operations. Is first line response for resolving issues for the patient, family, physician and other departments. Organizes workflow to meet the demands of the patient/family. Provides all clinical services related to the specialty. Serves as resource and role model for the other staff.
Qualifications: EDUCATION : ADN or Diploma in Nursing required.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum of two years in Nursing or integrated related Clinical Specialty required. BLS required; ACLS preferred, or may be required in specified settings.
Additional Qualifications: Must possess basic physical and psychosocial assessment skills Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the nursing process. Must demonstrate knowledge of basic computer skills. Must possess satisfactory physical and emotional health, (as evidenced by interviews, physical examination, and pre-employment drug screen).
Must receive satisfactory performance evaluations.
License or Certification: Current Florida Registered Nurse License; Current IV and BLS-C certification.

Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
Hours/Pay Period: 60
Schedule Details: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Weekend Schedule: Every Third Weekend
