Rotten Tomatoes is seeking a Lead UX Designer to develop engaging, data-driven media products on web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a track-record leading consumer facing experiences with proven success through engagement KPI’s. In working with research and data teams, you will create a strategic approach to driving behavior to meet business goals. Collaborating with the Product and Technology team, as well as fellow Designers, you will conceptualize, sketch, wireframe, and prototype features, enhancements, and advertising solutions for Rotten Tomatoes.
Leader of UX strategy that will be defined through objective engagement metrics.
Collaborate with the Product Experience Team, Content, Product and Technology teams to design features on Rotten Tomatoes.
Design custom/premium advertising solutions.
Create personas, storyboards, and user flows.
Lead sketching sessions with stakeholders and fellow designers.
Produce UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
Initiate and coordinate testing efforts with research team.
Gather feedback / collaborate across multiple teams, including Ad Sales, Content, Editorial, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Legal.
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Design, or related field
•5+ years in a senior UX role with an integral position of influence on a product / company’s success.
•Extensive experience working on digital content, advertising, and media.
•Demonstrable experience designing integrated and custom ad experiences.
•Experience with continuous design, A/B testing and iteration.
•Expert in design tools, including Sketch, Omnigraffle, Zeplin, Invision, and Principle.
•Understanding of W3C web standards.
•Professional portfolio or UI/UX work samples.
